We create web applications, websites, landing pages, digital visualizations and interactive educational tools for biotech & pharmaceutical companies, research institutions and healthcare professionals. We are a tightly-knit core team with a multidisciplinary edge that closely collaborates with a network of trusted specialists in their fields.
Our unique approach lies in the ability to adapt our service to the specific requirements of members of the scientific community and healthcare industry. We combine our passion for creating value through cutting-edge technology and deep understanding of the life sciences field.
Our work is split into 6-week functional cycles. Throughout the cycle we remain in continuous contact and deliver a working prototype as frequently as possible (at least once per week). We meet every 2 weeks to evaluate the progress and adjust the priorities. At this checkpoint you can decide to continue in the same direction, tweak things or even cancel the cycle completely (paying only for completed work).
Each iteration consists of four overlapping stages:
We work together to understand the problem, define its boundaries, document its constraints and finally sketch the solution from a functional, visual and technical point of view.
The designer establishes what the experience will be like when a user interacts with your product (UX) using wireframes. This process is followed by the user interface design (UI), which determines how the product will look. By the end of this stage, you will obtain an interactive prototype, which you need to approve before moving forward.
Developers incrementally build, test and release functional features multiple times per week. The designer collaborates closely with them to respond to your feedback, polish the user interface and adapt to any discovered technical challenges. A fully working product available to real users will be the outcome of this stage.
Together we assess the product with you, other stakeholders, beta testers and end users. At the same time we constantly monitor and analyze product usage data to resolve any outstanding issues and apply further improvements. Finally, the results of this stage serve as a basis for planning the following iteration.
